Always a great go-to

I've ordered from Levain a few times now, and they're always reliable. This last time I got the Two-Chip Box, and they were just as good as the first order I placed months ago. They always arrive fresh and the packaging is consistent. It's why I keep coming back when I need a gift or just a treat for myself.

Good value with the deal

I snagged a Build Your Own Box during a holiday sale. I picked out a few Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip and some Rocky Road cookies. The discount made it feel like a really good deal. They arrived quickly and were quite large. Definitely felt worth what I paid for them.

My favorite cookies ever!

I just received my Assorted Cookie Tin and oh my goodness, these cookies are incredible! The Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie was unbelievably good, I couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. I ate two right out of the box! I'm going to order another tin next month, for sure. You've got to try these cookies!

Good cookies, fast shipping

I ordered a Signature Cookie Gift Box for my sister's birthday, and it got to her in Boston super quick. She loved the Chocolate Chip Walnut ones. Totally easy to send a nice treat.

Decent cookies, a bit pricey

I got the Cookie Variety Pack to try a few flavors. The cookies were fresh and tasted pretty good, especially the Oatmeal Raisin. Shipping was prompt, arriving in about three days. The price felt a little high for cookies, even big ones. I wish they offered more smaller box options, or maybe a discount for repeat buyers. Still, it was a nice treat for a special occasion.

Hey guys, thinking of ordering some Levain cookies for my mom's birthday. She's in Miami. How long does shipping usually take to Florida?

R Rachel A. 1 month ago
I'm in Orlando, and it usually takes 2-3 business days for me after they ship. They don't ship on weekends though, so plan accordingly.

Mine arrived in like 4 days to Tampa, but I ordered on a Thursday, so they didn't ship until Monday. Just something to keep in mind!

Does Levain ever do free shipping deals? Or is it always a set fee?

R Rosa B. 2 months ago
They do sometimes! Especially around holidays or if you hit a certain order amount. Keep an eye out for those emails.

I've gotten free shipping a couple of times, usually for larger orders or during a special promotion. They don't do it all the time though.

How do these compare to Crumbl cookies? I'm debating which one to get for an office treat.

B Brett E. 1 month ago
Levain are much denser and more cake-like, kinda underbaked in the middle. Crumbl are usually softer and have more frosting/toppings. Totally different vibes.

Are the Levain cookies really as big as everyone says? Like, what's a good comparison?

S Steve P. 2 months ago
Oh yeah, they're huge. Definitely bigger than a regular cookie, almost scone-sized. You could probably share one easily.

C Carly 2 months ago
They're massive. I'd say like a small baseball or maybe the size of your palm if you have average hands. Seriously dense too!

Has anyone tried the vegan chocolate chip walnut cookies? Are they any good compared to the original?

K Kate 1 month ago
I had them once. They're decent for a vegan cookie, but honestly, not quite the same gooey factor as the OG. Still good though!

T Troy 1 month ago
They're surprisingly good! Obviously not identical, but for a vegan option, they totally hit the spot. Really rich.

I saw some cookies in a blue box on their site. Is that just a special package or a different kind of cookie?

S Sophie 2 months ago
Nah, the blue box is just their signature gift packaging. You can pick whatever cookies you want to go inside it.

It's just for gifting! Looks nice though. Same cookies, fancy wrapping.

Wondering about the first-time order discount for Levain. Is it just for signing up for emails or is there a specific code I need?

B Brett G. 2 months ago
Yeah, it's usually just for signing up for their newsletter. They email you a code pretty quickly after that.
3
E Elena 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's linked to the email signup. I got 10% off my first one that way. Check your spam if you don't see it right away.

Can you actually freeze these cookies? I want to buy a big box but don't want them to go stale.

P Priya Bennett 2 months ago
Definitely! I always freeze mine. Just pop them in a ziploc or airtight container. They defrost really well.

S Shane 2 months ago
Yep, they freeze perfectly. I usually warm them up a little in the oven after thawing, makes them taste fresh baked.
